Shipping and Handling
We are committed to shipping your item promptly after it is purchased. FedEx is our courier of choice, although we also use USPS for smaller items or when it is more appropriate. And our time-tested packing process ensures that even large or fragile pieces of equipment arrives safely at your door.
Not to mention, shipping is free on almost every item in our catalog!
After your item ships, we'll provide a tracking number if one is available so you can follow your package as it moves across the country.
In the event that an item is DOA or you are unhappy with the item for any reason, it must be returned to be eligible for a refund (see our terms and conditions for more information). The return shipping charge must be paid by the purchaser and is not eligible for a refund.
Imagine41.com must receive the returned item in good physical condition (if the item is damaged during the return shipping, no refund will be issued and a damaged claim must be filed by purchaser).
If the item is damaged during shipping, it must be reported to Imagine41.com within 24 hours by purchaser and we will file a damage claim with the courier.
